The Holland test (RIASEC code) is a personality classification and career orientation tool based on interests, developed by psychologist John L. Holland. It groups people into six characteristic types: Realistic (R), Investigative (I), Artistic (A), Social (S), Enterprising (E), and Conventional (C).
