Location: Quảng Ninh (thời gian đầu làm việc tại Hải Phòng)

Overview: Ensure effective recruitment and workforce management to provide timely, high‑quality engineers and staff for the company’s production and operational needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Sourcing: Support recruitment for engineers/staff; coordinate needs; manage sourcing–interviewing; maintain pipelines.

2. Employee Administration: Manage attendance/scheduling; support employee relations; assist onboarding and performance checks.

3. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements for recruitment and manpower efficiency; support HR policy updates.

4. Other tasks by supervisor

• University Degree, Major in HR/ economics related
• Experience in HR Recruitment in Manufacturing company, at least 4 years in Engineer/ Office recruitment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP/ related HR & Recruitment system
• English or Chinese proficiency
• Written and Verbal Communication skill, Problem solving skill, Data analyst & planning
• Continuous & self-learning

• Work location: AMATA Industrial Park, Quang Yen, Quang Ninh

• 100% salary during probation; social insurance provided after probation.

• 2 Saturdays and all Sundays off per month.

• Year-end bonus up to 2 months’ salary.

• Free company shuttle bus Hai Phong - Quang Ninh
